Top-ranking ECM practice
Stephenson Harwood's leading equity capital markets practice has secured a top-tier ranking in The Legal 500's 2023 UK edition. The team's expertise and experience was recognised in the 'equity capital markets (small-mid cap)' category.
There was also enhanced individual recognition for two of the team's lawyers. Partner and head of the firm's corporate practice group Tom Nicholls, already ranked as a Legal 500 'leading individual' for several years, was inducted into The Legal 500 Hall of Fame, an accolade reserved only for those lawyers who have received constant praise from their clients for continued excellence; while partner David Dowding has been accredited as a 'next generation partner', having received significant recognition from clients and peers in the market.
